Timelapse Video of NEW Cass Rd Bridge!If you recall, earlier this spring work began on South Cass Rd in Traverse City. The project includes replacing the existing one lane bridge with a larger two lane structure to carry traffic over the Boardman River. Phase I of the project included placing the new bridge beams, which span 262 feet! Currently, the new structure straddles dry land, as the Boardman River dam and current bridge are not scheduled to be removed until 2017.
