Workin' Between Rain Drops 8th Street will be open to east/west traffic on September 28, 2019, WEATHER PERMITTING with temporary stop signs at the Boardman and 8th Street intersection. North/south traffic will still be closed at Franklin crossing 8th Street. The project is on schedule for November completion with remaining work and traffic signal installation.
