Contractor Profile: Bay Area Contracting
In the upcoming months, we'll be featuring a variety of contractors and partners. For the first of our contractor profiles, we chatted with Dean Adams, owner of Bay Area Contracting.
What do you do? After a decade in the construction industry, my wife and I started Bay Area Contracting in 2007. We do both residential and commercial projects, but the majority of our business is residential homes. Projects range from $90,000 anywhere up to $2 million.
How do you do it? As a family-owned business, family is at the heart of everything we do. We know how important a home is in every aspect of our clients' lives and we love creating a place where memories are made. I'd describe our client relationships as personable, honest and flexible. We're completely dedicated to their satisfaction.
What's the latest and greatest? We're putting the finishing touches on our entry into this year's Parade of Homes. It's a gorgeous 5,000 square foot home on Arbutus Lake. It's truly stunning. From top to bottom, inside and out, we've really taken advantage of the prime lakeside location.
How do you work with Team Elmer's? Team Elmer's provides all of the concrete and asphalt for our jobs, including the Parade home. It's a great partnership. They always "make it happen"--no matter what the challenge.
