Email Safety

Don't open attachments or click links unless you know the sender and are expecting the email. If you don't know the sender or weren't expecting the email, delete it and call the sender directly. If that is not possible:

• Examine the sender's address and email appearance to be sure it's a legitimate business.
• Hover over links before clicking on them to ensure they go to valid business websites.
• Do Not open or save any attachments unless essential to your responsibilities.
• Contact IT for Help with any Unusual emails.
