Each Team Elmer’s plant has something special to offer and Ludington is no exception. When we bought the former High Grade Concrete Products facility, we kept the septic tank forms so we could keep pouring and delivering the tanks. The Ludington plant pours tanks just about every day, often delivering one to three a day.
The plant puts the forms to use another way: testing the quality of the concrete. Concrete is tested to make sure it meets Team Elmer’s standards and other important specifications. Using the forms is also useful for testing new concrete designs to make sure they are high quality.
